Esquemas administrativos y operativos de la red estatal de telecomunicaciones de Michoacán

Abstract

Since 2000 I have worked professionally in the Technical Department of Telecommunications, which belongs to the Directorate of Technical Coordination Unit Operational Communications Centre, Computer, Control and Command "C-4"; institution of Michoacán state government. Throughout this time, the given tasks have been modified and improved, so that users of the system are reported as long as possible with the institutions that coordinate. In the department participated actively supervising and coordinating the work day is done, these being those described below: • the operation of state digital radio network and the services it provides is monitored. • system privileges for good performance and control of the radio infrastructure that make up is technically administered. • It is coordinated and technically involved in preventive and corrective maintenance to the sites of recurrence and equipment that make up the infrastructure of the state telecommunications network. • We propose and state and municipal radio projects with new technologies are consolidated to improve communication services offered to the various state and local public safety organizations and civil protection. • It coordinates the state's municipalities, with the use of the working frequencies in the radio spectrum allocated VHF and UHF by the SCT. Which are used for communication with the various municipal corporations that support citizenship.

Desde el año 2000 me he desempeñado profesionalmente en el departamento técnico de Telecomunicaciones, el cual pertenece a la Dirección de la Unidad Coordinadora Técnico Operativa del Centro de Comunicaciones, Cómputo, Control y Comando “C-4”; institución del gobierno del estado de Michoacán. A lo largo de este tiempo las tareas encomendadas, han sido modificadas y perfeccionadas, para que los usuarios del sistema estén el mayor tiempo posible comunicados con las instituciones que los coordinan. En el departamento participo de manera activa supervisando y coordinando los trabajos que día a día se realizan, siendo estos los que a continuación se describen: • Se monitorea el funcionamiento de la red estatal de radiocomunicación digital y los servicios que esta proporciona. • Se administra técnicamente los privilegios del sistema para su buen desempeño y control de la infraestructura de radio que la conforman. • Se coordina y se interviene técnicamente en los mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos, a los sitios de repetición y equipos que conforman la infraestructura de la red estatal de telecomunicaciones. • Se proponen y se consolidan proyectos estatales y municipales de radiocomunicación con nuevas tecnologías, para mejorar los servicios de comunicación ofrecidos a las diferentes organizaciones estatales y municipales de seguridad pública y protección civil. • Se coordina a los municipios del estado, con el uso de las frecuencias de trabajo en el espectro radioeléctrico de VHF y UHF asignadas por parte de la SCT. Las cuales son utilizadas para su comunicación con las diferentes corporaciones municipales que brindan apoyo a la ciudadanía.
