Mis áreas de oportunidad en la impartición del módulo “operación de PLC’s” de la carrera mantenimiento de sistemas electrónicos en el sub-sistema CONALEP

Abstract

Education, a pillar in the well-being, development and progress of the communities. In Mexico, technical education has been traditional since ancient times, before including Spaniards reach our country, this is demonstrated by the work in copper, looms, manufacturing of glass, soaps, crafts still even preserved in some States of the Republic. With the passage of time and once achieved the independence of Mexico, the Government intended to achieve economic Independence also looks for the industrialization of the country, supported by technical schools, at the end of the 20th century, there were 16 technical schools and secondary education 77. In our country, the Mexican industry occupied a lot of technicians in the different productive sectors, which were covered by undergraduate students or empirical workers. Against this background, in 1978, proposed the creation of the National College of technical occupational education (CONALEP), its main objective was the formation of technical professionals who have graduated high school, character terminal since they only obtained a title of technical professional. Attending to the needs demanded by the country, CONALEP adopts different schemes such as the education based on standards of competence (EBNC, 1994), subsequently (1998), taking as reference the technical standards of labor competence (NTCL), in 2003 adopted a new reform, using the methodology of education and training based on competency contextualized, (ECBCC), through which the 'technical professional' pass to be "Professional technical Bachelor" which CONALEP graduates, receives a certificate and a certificate of studies of upper level. CONALEP in Michoacan bachiller has 13 campuses that meet the demand of technical professionals in different municipalities. The CONALEP educational like that in many institutions, have a profile that corresponds to their vocational training or to the research, but hardly for teaching.

La educación, un pilar en el bienestar, desarrollo y progreso de las comunidades. En México, la educación técnica ha sido tradicional desde tiempos muy antiguos, antes inclusive de que llegaran los españoles a nuestro país, así lo demuestran los trabajos en cobre, los telares, fabricación de vidrio, de jabones, oficios que aun inclusive se conservan en algunos estados de la república. Con el paso del tiempo y una vez lograda la independencia de México, El gobierno con la intención de lograr también la independencia económica busca la industrialización del país, apoyados en las escuelas técnicas, a finales del siglo XX, existían 16 escuelas técnicas y 77 de bachillerato. En nuestro país, la industria mexicana ocupaba una gran cantidad de técnicos en los diferentes sectores productivos, los cuales eran cubiertos por estudiantes de licenciatura o trabajadores empíricos. Ante este panorama, en el año 1978, se propone la creación del Colegio Nacional de Educación Profesional Técnica (CONALEP), su principal objetivo fue la formación de profesionales técnicos egresados de secundaria, de carácter terminal ya que solo obtenían un título de profesional técnico. Atendiendo a las necesidades que demanda el país, CONALEP adopta diferentes esquemas como la de Educación basada en normas de competencia (EBNC, 1994), posteriormente (1998), toma como referencia las Normas Técnicas de Competencia Laboral (NTCL), en el año 2003 adopta un nueva reforma, utilizando la metodología de Educación y Capacitación Basada en Competencias Contextualizadas, (ECBCC), mediante la cual el “profesional técnico” pasas a ser “Profesional Técnico Bachiller” con lo que el egresado de CONALEP, recibe una cedula y un certificado de estudios de nivel medio superior. El CONALEP en Michoacán tiene 13 planteles que cubren la demanda de profesionales técnicos bachiller en diferentes municipios.
