Desarrollo de un sistema de información para los juzgados civiles del Poder Judicial del Estado de Michoacán

Abstract

Our country is divided according to the Constitution into three branches: Executive, Legislative and Judicial. Of these three branches, the judiciary is responsible for enforcing laws and administering justice. In the state of Michoacán, the judiciary is represented by the judiciary of Michoacán which from now on will call PJM. To keep track of the information they handle the different areas that make up the PJM, emerged and computer systems department, which initially began as a project, which would be responsible for developing a website where information is published on the Supreme Court of Justice (STJ); this project was named "Sistema Morelos ". Subsequently, the department was called "Sistema Morelos de Informática Judicial" After the project "Sistema Morelos" was the need to implement systems that could handle information within the various bodies that make up the PJM to do so, after making an analysis of the requirements of the areas, it was decided to develop web applications and desktop to have stored the various issues they handle. This thesis contains the contribution of the author in a project to develop a web information system capable of meeting the needs currently have in civil, family and juvenile courts in the state; since the system previously handled partially met these needs. The results were satisfactory since it met the target set at the beginning. The developed system is currently used by the courts of the state of Michoacán and has been well received by users.

Nuestro país está dividido según la Constitución en tres poderes: Ejecutivo, Legislativo y Judicial. De estos tres poderes, el Judicial es el encargado de hacer cumplir las leyes e impartir justicia. En el Estado de Michoacán el poder Judicial está representado por el Poder Judicial de Michoacán el cual de ahora en adelante denominaremos PJM. Para llevar un registro de la información que manejan las diferentes áreas que conforman el PJM, surgió el departamento de sistemas e informática, el cual inicialmente nació como un proyecto, que se encargaría del desarrollo de una página web donde se publicaría información acerca del Supremo Tribunal de Justicia (STJ); este proyecto tenía como nombre “Sistema Morelos”. Posteriormente, el departamento se denominó “Sistema Morelos de Informática Judicial”. Después del proyecto “Sistema Morelos” se vio la necesidad de implementar sistemas que pudieran manejar la información dentro de los diferentes órganos que conforman el PJM, para ello, después de hacer un análisis de los requerimientos de las áreas, se decidió desarrollar aplicaciones web y de escritorio para tener almacenados los diferentes asuntos que manejan. Esta tesis contiene la contribución de la autora en un proyecto a desarrollar un sistema de información web, capaz de cumplir con las necesidades que se tienen actualmente dentro de los juzgados civiles, familiares y menores en el estado; ya que el sistema que anteriormente manejaban cubría parcialmente estas necesidades. Los resultados obtenidos, fueron satisfactorios ya que se cumplió con el objetivo establecido al inicio. El sistema desarrollado es actualmente utilizado por los juzgados del estado de Michoacán y ha tenido una buena aceptación por parte de los usuarios.
