Conociendo distintas áreas en el Instituto Compuinglés de Oriente plantel Morelia

Abstract

This report is about my working life in the Institute of Compuingles of the East, being my first job in the professional field, and to which I have a special affection and thanks. In the course of my work stay at ICO, I learned several areas from which I learned a lot, from being a computer teacher, which implies: teaching, studying curricula, giving counseling, attending trainings and monthly meetings, among many more things, to be part of the administrative area which is to have greater responsibilities, to live in constant stress due to the pressure of results, but the other part, the satisfaction of growing professionally and that appreciate the constant effort to be better every day, and for being a good job. The campus is a school that wants, seeks, people who want to prepare, people who do not conform, who goes ahead for a better future, and that is why ICO always seeks to have a quality education, but as everything is sought to be better, and that is why at the end of the report several proposals for improvement of the school are presented.

El presente reporte trata de mi vida laboral en el Instituto de Compuingles de Oriente, siendo mi primer empleo en el ámbito profesional, y al cual le tengo un cariño especial y agradecimiento. En el trascurso de mi estancia laboral en ICO, conocí varias áreas de las cuales aprendí bastante, desde ser profesora de computación por lo que implica: impartir clases, conocer los planes de estudios, dar asesorías, asistir a capacitaciones y juntas mensuales, entre muchas cosas más, hasta formar parte del área administrativa lo cual es tener mayores responsabilidades, vivir en estrés contante por la presión de resultados, pero esta la otra parte, la satisfacción de crecer profesionalmente y que valoren el esfuerzo constante por ser cada día mejor, y por ser un buen trabajo. El plantel es una escuela que quiere, que busca, personas que quieran prepararse, gente que no se conforma, que sigue adelante por un mejor futuro, y por eso ICO busca siempre tener una educación de calidad, pero como en todo se busca ser mejor, y es por eso que al final del reporte se presentan varias propuestas para mejora de la escuela.
