Sistema para la gestión de recursos materiales

Abstract

This document presents the design and implementation of an information system that satisfies the management needs of material resources from Michoacán State's Economic Development Secretary (SEDECO). The Material Resources Management System is able to determine the authorization and delivery of supporting materials to every department that is a part of the aforementioned dependency. The implemented system makes use of a web interface that allows us to perform the materials requisitions. Among the results obtained from this work are the ability to perform queries and issue the reports required by the users. Likewise, the system allows for the control and tracing of the materials that arrive and depart from the warehouse to the different departments. The aforementioned allows personnel to maintain information availability and thus help in problem solving.

En el presente documento se expone el diseño y la implementación de un sistema de información para la gestión de recursos materiales, con el fin de satisfacer las necesidades existentes en la Secretaría de Desarrollo Económico (SEDECO), perteneciente al gobierno del estado de Michoacán de Ocampo. El Sistema para la Gestión de Recursos Materiales es capaz de dictaminar la autorización y entrega de materiales de apoyo a los departamentos que conforman la dependencia anteriormente mencionada, a través de una interfaz web que permite realizar las requisiciones de materiales. Dentro de los resultados que se obtuvieron del trabajo, es para realizar consultas e informes requeridos por los usuarios, seguimiento y control de los materiales que entran y salen del almacén a los diferentes departamentos. Lo anterior permite a los trabajadores de la SEDECO mantener la disponibilidad de la información y ayudar en la resolución de problemas.
