Evolución del área de la Subdirección de Antecedentes Penales, Vehiculares, Informática y Estadística de la Procuraduría General de Justicia del Estado

Abstract

In this paper, some of the functions of the Sub-directorate of criminal, vehicular, informatics and statistics records of the Attorney General's Office of the State of Michoacán are disclosed, which is a source of information, whose purpose is to avoid that every person who has committed a crime, evade the action of justice; at the same time, it ensures that acts that violate human rights are not commented on.

En el presente trabajo, se da a conocer algunas de las funciones de la Subdirección de antecedentes penales, vehiculares, informática y estadística, de la Procuraduría General de Justicia del Estado de Michoacán, la cual es fuente de información, que tiene como fin, evitar que toda persona que ha cometido un delito, evada la acción de la justica; a su vez, procura que no se comentan actos violatorios a los derechos humanos.
