Simplificación de mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo de cajeros automáticos

Abstract

The present research project entitled: "SIMPLIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF ATMs", aims to determine a method for repairing an ATM based on the need to improve response times in the solution and commissioning of the cash dispensers. A series of evaluations are proposed to be considered by the management and remote service operators, to promote the optimization of the procedures and the rapid response in the monitoring and identification of incidents that affect the correct operation of ATMs, for which we also must consider the demand for services to be provided. In the first chapter, the history and evolution of the ATM industry is briefly addressed. The problem to be studied arises during the development of this work, as well as the objectives to be achieved, both general and specific. In the second chapter, the company`s organizational chart is considered, as well as the employee`s positions together with the responsibilities and activities to be performed. The third chapter briefly addresses the activities carried out as a service engineer and a general description of these activities. An analysis and diagnosis of common problems on a day-to-day basis are considered too. The fourth chapter describes in detail the simplification of corrective and preventive maintenance, and also the processes to consider and the solution to the problem. In the fifth chapter the conclusions, recommendations and research lines originated from this proposal are presented.

La presente investigación titulada: “SIMPLIFICACION DE MANTENIMIENTOS CORRECTIVO Y PREVENTIVO DE CAJEROS AUTOMATICOS”, tuvo como objetivo general, determinar un método para la reparación de un ATM, este tema parte de la necesidad de mejorar los tiempos de respuesta para la solución y puesta en servicio de un cajero automático, se propone una serie de evaluaciones a considerar para los operadores de gestión y servicio remoto promoviendo la optimación de las gestiones y a rápida respuesta cuyo origen es monitorear e identificar incidentes que afecten el correcto funcionamiento de un cajero, también se tiene que considerar la demanda de servicios a realizar. En el primer capítulo se aborda brevemente la historia y evolución de la industria de los cajeros automáticos, se plantea la problemática a estudiar en el desarrollo del presente trabajo y los objetivos, tanto generales como específicos, a lograr durante el mismo. En el segundo capítulo se plantea el lugar que se ocupa en la empresa así mismo el organigrama de jerarquización de empleados juntos con las responsabilidades y actividades a realizar. En el tercer capítulo se aborda brevemente las actividades que se realizan como ING. De Servicio y descripción general de actividades realizadas, así como un análisis y diagnóstico de problemas comunes en el día a día. En el cuarto capítulo se describirá de forma detallada la simplificación a mantenimientos correctivos y preventivos, así mismo de procesos a considerar y la solución al problema. En el quinto capítulo En el último capítulo se presentan las conclusiones, recomendaciones y líneas de investigación creadas a partir de la presente investigación.
