Diversidad de hongos micorrizógenos arbusculares y potencial micorrízico de dos agroecosistemas y una zona natural del Estado de Michoacán

Abstract

The human activities have become, in the primordial factor of the transformation of ecosystems. The deforestation processes and the expansion agricultural, they produce alterations in the characteristics of the floor that in the case of those Mushrooms Micorrízicos Arbusculares (HMA), they can have harmful effects on their populations. Michoacán, is the first producing of avocado of the country and their pine forests, they are becoming plantations quickly of avocado, what returns urgent the necessity to know the diversity of HMA and the susceptibility of the species to the alterations of their habitats.

Las actividades humanas se han convertido, en el factor primordial de la transformación de ecosistemas. Los procesos de deforestación y la expansión agrícola, producen alteraciones en las características del suelo, que en el caso de los Hongos Micorrízicos Arbusculares (HMA), pueden tener efectos perjudiciales sobre sus poblaciones. Michoacán, es el primer productor de aguacate del país y sus bosques de pino, se están transformando aceleradamente en plantaciones de aguacate, lo que vuelve urgente la necesidad de conocer la diversidad de HMA y la susceptibilidad de las especies a las alteraciones de sus hábitats.
