Efecto de tres temperaturas y dos fotoperíodos en crecimiento y éxito reproductivo de Xenotoca eiseni (Rutter 1896)

Abstract

The aquiculture has demonstrated that the manipulation of the environmental (quality of water, space, temperature and photoperiod, among other) factors allows to modify the physiologic answers in benefit of the productivity for diverse ends. The present work carried out with Xenotoca endemic eiseni (viviparous fish) of the central table of Mexico (status in danger) was focused to know the effect of the temperature and the photoperiod in the reproductive success and the progenitors' growth.

La acuicultura ha demostrado que la manipulación de los factores ambientales (calidad de agua, espacio, temperatura y fotoperiodo, entre otros) permite modificar las respuestas fisiológicas en beneficio de la productividad para diversos fines. El presente trabajo realizado con Xenotoca eiseni (pez vivíparo) endémico de la mesa central de México (estatus en peligro) se enfocó a conocer el efecto de la temperatura y el fotoperíodo en el éxito reproductivo y crecimiento de los progenitores.
