Poder constituido y poder constituyente en Hannah Arendt

Abstract

The present research consists of an analysis of the differences between the categories of constituted power and constituent power since Hannah Arendt, for which we start from the concepts of potestas and auctóritas used by the author. The deployment of authority and power is presented, as well as their constitutive characteristics, the practical consequences of their misuses and the dialogic function that they maintain between the stability of constituted power and the creativity of constituent power and how it maintains a primacy that It allows the functioning of the vita activa through the dynamics between both powers.

La presente investigación consiste en un análisis acerca de las diferencias entre las categorías de poder constituido y poder constituyente desde Hannah Arendt, para lo cual partimos de los conceptos de potestas y auctóritas utilizados por la autora. Se presenta el despliegue de la autoridad y del poder, así como de sus características constitutivas, las consecuencias prácticas de sus malos usos y la función dialógica que mantienen entre la estabilidad del poder constituido y la creatividad del poder constituyente y cómo éste mantiene una primacía que permite el funcionamiento de la vita activa mediante la dinámica entre ambos poderes.
