Evaluación del efecto tóxico agudo inducido por el desinfectante Virkon® sobre ambientes de estuario: exposiciones sobre larvas de artemia

Abstract

The Disinfectants are preparations with germicidal properties and germicides, that is to say that eliminate microorganisms patógenos. They exist different formulated that they come being used for the cleaning and disinfection of materials, among those that is the commercial product Virkon®, it marks commercial of Antec International that is adjusted to the characteristics of disinfectant viral with wide spectrum of action virucida, germicide and fungicide, based on a system tamponado of peroxide of sour hydrogen and accompanied by a high surfactante percentage. According to the reference included by the maker in the containers, the ingredients present active technicians in the compound, as well as their concentration, they are potassium monoperoxisulfato (49.4%), sour sulfámico (4.4%) and sodium alquílico bencémico sulfonato (13.17 %). Los Desinfectantes son preparaciones con propiedades germicidas y bactericidas, es decir, que eliminan microorganismos patógenos. Existen diferentes formulados que vienen siendo utilizados para la limpieza y desinfección de materiales, entre los que se encuentra el producto comercial Virkon®, marca comercial de Antec International que se ajusta a las características de desinfectante vírico con amplio espectro de acción virucida, bactericida y fungicida, basado en un sistema tamponado de peróxido de hidrógeno ácido y acompañado de un alto porcentaje de surfactante. Según la referencia incluida por el fabricante en los envases, los ingredientes activos técnicos presentes en el compuesto, así como su concentración, son potasio monoperoxisulfato (49.4 %), ácido sulfámico (4.4 %) y sodio alquílico bencémico sulfonato (13.17 %).
