Proceso de enfermería con el referente teórico de Dorothea Elizabeth Orem, aplicado a un caso clínico de obesidad

Abstract

The correct diet is a tool that contributes not only to maintaining the state of well-being, but also constitutes the means to avoid chronic disorders and ailments of the first order today (fuentes, 2008). Justification, objective and methodology are presented, in the clinical case the important user data is referenced. Thus applying the five stages of the Nursing Process, supporting with the theoretical framework, Obesity pathology and Nursing interventions.

La alimentación correcta es una herramienta que contribuye no solo a mantener el estado de bienestar, sino que también constituye el medio para evitar los trastornos crónicos y padecimientos de primer orden en la actualidad (fuentes, 2008). Se presenta justificación, objetivo y metodología, en el caso clínico se hace referencia los datos importantes del usuario. Aplicando así las cinco etapas del Proceso Enfermero, sustentando con el marco teórico, patología de Obesidad e intervenciones de Enfermería.
