Proceso enfermería basado en el referente teórico de Dorothea Elizabeth Orem, aplicado a un escolar con obesidad

Abstract

The nursing process is the series of actions identified, designed to meet the objective of nursing, maintaining the optimal welfare of the patient and if the status changes to provide the quantity and quality of nursing care required to bring the situation back to the state of well, if that welfare cannot be achieved, the nursing process should contribute to the quality of life of the customer, maximizing its resources to get the most possible quality of life for as long as possible. (Iyer, 1997: 11). The next job is presented below in a school with clinically diagnosed obesity developed in the space of eight months and was dealt together with their families, the five steps of the nursing process is applied with reference to the theoretical Dorothea E. Orem. This work is made from their targets both the general and the specific, the theoretical framework which contains the history of nursing, history of theoretical Dorothea E. Orem process. Real needs, and health risk identified, care plans were established to act and guide the school in all its dimensions that helped control and have more knowledge of the disease.

El proceso Enfermero es la serie de acciones, señaladas, pensadas para cumplir el objetivo de enfermería, mantener el bienestar optimo del enfermo y si este estado cambia proporcionar la cantidad y calidad de asistencia de enfermería que la situación exija para llevarle de nuevo al estado de bienestar, en caso de que el bienestar no se pueda conseguir, el proceso de enfermería debería de contribuir a la calidad de vida del cliente , elevando al máximo sus recursos para conseguir la mayoría de calidad de vida posible y durante el mayor tiempo posible. (Iyer,1997:11) El siguiente trabajo que a continuación se presenta consiste en un escolar con obesidad clínicamente diagnosticada se desarrolló en el lapso de 8 meses y se abordó en conjunto con sus familiares, se aplican los cinco pasos del proceso enfermero tomando como referencia a la teórica Dorothea E. Orem. Este trabajo está conformado a partir de sus objetivos tanto el general como los específicos, el marco teórico el cual contiene los antecedentes del proceso enfermero, historia de la teórica Dorothea E. Orem. Se identificaron necesidades reales, de riesgo y de salud, se establecieron planes de cuidados para actuar y orientar al escolar en todas sus dimensiones que ayudaron a controlar y tener más conocimiento de la enfermedad.
