Experiencias de servicio social realizado en la unidad móvil Umécuaro

Abstract

To determine the main health problems of the inhabitants of the community of Umécuaro and its surroundings, to contribute to the well-being of the population. Introduction: The present work gathers the experiences lived during the year of Social Service carried out in the Umécuaro Mobile Unit, belonging to the Ministry of Health, Health Jurisdiction No. 1 Morelia Michoacán. Where all the activities carried out during the year August 2018 - July 2019 are reflected. The Umécuaro mobile unit belongs to the secretary of health and is attached to the health jurisdiction No. 1 Morelia Michoacán, the offices assigned by the unit are in Plan de Ayutla No. 78 Colonia Chapultepec Sur. The Umécuaro mobile unit has its official vehicle where it moves to the communities to which the service is provided. First level of care is the main scenario of preventive health and is the level where 80% of the conditions are treated and resolved. In these centers, preventive public health measures are implemented, and diseases that are frequent and widespread such as breast and cervical or prostate cancers are detected, as well as diseases that manifest themselves in large human groups, such as diabetes, obesity and hypertension. The first level is the gateway to the National Health System. Conclusions: Performing the Social Service in communities far from the city gives you the opportunity to work with the most vulnerable people, as well as a field where to apply the knowledge acquired in training as a Nursing professional.

Determinar los principales problemas de salud de los habitantes de la comunidad de Umécuaro y sus alrededores, para coadyuvar en el bienestar de la población. Introducción: El presente trabajo recopila las experiencias vividas durante el año de Servicio Social realizado en la Unidad Móvil Umécuaro, perteneciente a la Secretaria de Salud, Jurisdicción Sanitaria N° 1 Morelia Michoacán. Donde se plasma todas las actividades realizadas durante el año agosto 2018 - julio 2019. La unidad móvil Umécuaro pertenece a la secretaria de salud y está adscrita a la jurisdicción sanitaria N°1 Morelia Michoacán, las oficinas cede de la unidad se encuentran en Plan de Ayutla N° 78 Colonia Chapultepec Sur. La unidad móvil Umécuaro cuenta con su vehículo oficial donde se traslada a las comunidades a las cuales se les brinda el servicio. Primer nivel de atención son el principal escenario de la salud preventiva y es el nivel en donde se atiende y resuelve 80% de los padecimientos. En estos centros de atención se implementan las medidas preventivas de salud pública, y se detectan las enfermedades que son frecuentes y extendidas como los cánceres de mama y cérvico uterino o de próstata, así como las enfermedades que se manifiestan en amplios grupos humanos, como diabetes, obesidad e hipertensión. El primer nivel es la puerta de entrada al Sistema Nacional de Salud. Conclusiones: Realizar el Servicio Social en comunidades alejadas de la cuidad te brinda la oportunidad de trabajar con la gente más vulnerable, así como un campo donde aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos en la formación como profesional de Enfermería.
