Memorias de experiencia en el servicio social en el Centro de Salud Rural “Felipe Carrillo Puerto” de Álvaro Obregón Michoacán

Abstract

This social service is a set of theoretical practice activities with temporary and obligatory character that contributes to the integral formation of an intern in the nursery degree, and it permits him to apply and reinforce his knowledge, skill, aptitude, attitude, and values, as well as understand the social commitment of his academic profile. Objective. To document the experiences during this social service based on the reinforcement, development and application of theoretical knowledge, abilities, skill, aptitude and value in the clinic. Results. The memories of the most significant experiences during the social study, they were; the accomplishment of detecting 107 chronic degenerative diseases, 19 of neonatal sieve, 282 breast cancer, 113 of HIV (human immunodeficiency virus), 85 of HPV (human papilloma virus), and 40 of addictions. This imparted health education about: 12 chronic degenerative diseases, 12 respiratory diseases, 12 methods of contraceptives, in a group of 20 people. This gave individual training, in the need to identify with: 140 diuretic diseases, 140 respiratory diseases, 25 prevention of accidents, 15 times nursing a recently born baby, 10 overweight and obesity, 30 nutrition and malnutrition, 10 child cancer and 10 early stimulations. It’s relevant to mention the participation of the elaboration of diagnosing the health of the community. On another note, the identification of the more ability in the location of “Felipe Carrillo Puerto” that was mainly the respiratory type, also chronic degenerative diseases. The respiratory diseases represent 42% of the total while the metabolic syndrome is 14% diabetes mellitus 11% arterial hypertension 9% Gastro intestinal disease 2% infection and urinary tract, cervicovaginitis and trauma to logical and 1%. But nevertheless, there were four reports of deaths, two from cardiovascular diseases, one from pulmonary disease and one of old age.

El Servicio Social es el conjunto de actividades teórico prácticas de carácter temporal y obligatorio que contribuyen a la formación integral del pasante de Licenciatura en enfermería, y que le permiten aplicar y reforzar sus conocimientos, destrezas, aptitudes, actitudes y valores, además de comprender el compromiso social de su perfil académico. Objetivo Documentar las experiencias durante el Servicio Social basadas en el reforzamiento, desarrollo y aplicación de conocimientos teóricos, habilidades, destrezas, aptitudes y valores en un Centro de Salud. Resultados Las causas de morbilidad en la localidad de “Felipe Carrillo Puerto” fueron principalmente de tipo respiratorias, además de enfermedades crónico-degenerativas. Las Enfermedades Respiratorias representan un 42% del total mientras que el Síndrome metabólico está en 14% la Diabetes Mellitus en un 11%, la Hipertensión arterial en 9% enfermedades Gastrointestinales en un 2%, Infección de vías urinarias, Cervicovaginitis y Traumatológicas en un 1%. Sin embargo, se reportaron cuatro defunciones, dos por enfermedades cardiovasculares, una por enfermedad pulmonar y una por vejez. Conclusión Se hicieron 107 detecciones de enfermedades crónicas degenerativas, 19 de tamiz neonatal, 282 de cáncer de mama, 113 de VIH (Virus de Inmunodeficiencia Humana), 85 de VPH (Virus de Papiloma Humano) y 40 sobre adicciones. Se dieron pláticas sobre: de enfermedades crónico degenerativas 12, enfermedades respiratorias 12, métodos anticonceptivos 12, en grupos de 20 personas. Se dieron capacitaciones individuales sobre: enfermedades diarreicas 140, enfermedades respiratorias 140, prevención de accidentes 25, cuidados de recién nacido 15, sobrepeso y obesidad 10, nutrición y desnutrición 30, cáncer infantil 10 y estimulación temprana 10).
