Abstract

The city of Morelia being the capital of the state of Michoacán attracts the inhabitants of the municipalities of the interior of the State to develop many productive activities, thus generating the natural phenomenon of the emigration of the rural inhabitants in the urban environment and among the most outstanding The issue of education, hence the intention of the project is to attack the problem existing at the medium-superior level and higher level, since in the city there is no project that in itself are residences for students where it is thought of in meet all the needs of this type of users.

La ciudad de Morelia al ser la capital del estado de Michoacán atrae a los habitantes de los municipios del interior del estado a desarrollar muchas actividades productivas, generando así el fenómeno natural de la emigración de los habitantes rurales al medio urbano y entre las más sobresalientes está el tema de la educación, de ahí que la intención del proyecto sea atacar la problemática existente en el nivel medio-superior y nivel superior, ya que en la ciudad no existe un proyecto que en si sean unas residencias para estudiantes donde se halla pensado en satisfacer todas las necesidades de este tipo de usuarios.
