Abstract

The Documentary Catalog is a consultation instrument, which facilitates access to the documentary information stored in an archive, without the need to manipulate original documents. This Catalog was made with historical documents from the General and Historical Archive of the Executive Power of Michoacán (G.H.A.E.P.M.), corresponding to the Documentary Fund: Ministry of Government, Section: Interior, Series: Passports, Boxes: 16-23, Years: 1965-1967, resulting from them, 508 Catalogue Cards. The introductory work of the Documentary Catalog is divided into an institutional history of the G.H.A.E.P.M. and the Documentary Fund corresponding to the Ministry of Government, a section referring to the Documentary Catalog, the methodology based on the Regulations of the Law of Administrative and Historical Archives of the State of Michoacán, and on the General International Standard of Archival Description ISAD (G). The Model Sheet is set out below, continuing with the Typology and Diplomacy. The Passport in Mexico refers to the history of the Passport and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In Migration in Mexico 1965-1967, an introduction is made on migration. It includes a study of the diplomatic agreements of the Bracero Program, between the United States and Mexico, with their social consequences. The conclusions are a balance of the sections of the Catalogue. Subsequently, the List of Catalog Files is presented, with data and photographs of the applicants. Then the Onomastic Index, the General Table of Applicants and Graphs, and the Images of the documents. 3 annexes are added: the regulation of January 1, 1897. Chapter One, Title Two of the Regulations of the Law of Administrative and Historical Archives of the State of Michoacán of 2004, and the Regulations for the Issuance and Visa of Passports, of May 21, 1938. Finally, a Glossary of archiving and migration, and the Sources Consulted are included.

El Catálogo Documental es un instrumento de consulta, que facilita el acceso a la información documental resguardada en un archivo, sin necesidad de manipular documentos originales. El presente Catálogo fue realizado con documentos históricos del Archivo General e Histórico del Poder Ejecutivo de Michoacán (A.G.H.P.E.M.), correspondientes al Fondo Documental: Secretaría de Gobierno, Sección: Gobernación, Serie: Pasaportes, Cajas: 16-23, Años: 1965-1967, resultando de los mismos, 508 Fichas Catalográficas. El trabajo introductorio del Catálogo Documental se divide en una historia institucional del A.G.H.P.E.M. y del Fondo Documental correspondiente a la Secretaría de Gobierno, un apartado referente al Catálogo Documental, la metodología basada en el Reglamento de la Ley de Archivos Administrativos e Históricos del Estado de Michoacán, y en la Norma Internacional General de Descripción Archivística ISAD (G). Se expone a continuación la Ficha Modelo, siguiendo con la Tipología y Diplomática. El Pasaporte en México, se refiere a la historia del mismo y de la Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores. En La migración en México 1965-1967, se hace una introducción sobre migración. Incluye un estudio sobre los acuerdos diplomáticos del Programa Bracero, entre Estados Unidos y México, con sus consecuencias sociales. Las conclusiones son un balance de los apartados del Catálogo. Posteriormente se presenta la Relación de Fichas Catalográficas, con datos y fotografías de los solicitantes. Después el Índice Onomástico, la Tabla General de Solicitantes y Gráficas, y las Imágenes de los documentos. Se agregan 3 anexos: el reglamento del 1º de enero de 1897. El capítulo primero, título segundo del reglamento de la Ley de Archivos Administrativos e Históricos del Estado de Michoacán del 2004, y el Reglamento para la expedición y visa de pasaportes, del 21 de mayo de 1938. Finalmente, se incluye un Glosario de archivística y migración, y las Fuentes Consultadas.
