Resumen : And n recent dates, a recurrent topic in the Mexican journalists has been that of the immigrants in United States. He/she has not only wakened up an enormous interest to know the American president's posture George W. Bush in this respect, but also that of different congress members, governors, civil leaders and the society in general. In a campaign mediática without precedents, the Mexicans have listened on legislative reformations in the breast of the Congress; we have found out the proposals of senators like James Sensenbrenner in those that is not only debated the future of the "illegal" residents in that country, but also the direction of the relationships with Mexico. The constant debate forums on the future of the relationships between Mexico and United States, point out that today, more than ever, they have appeared the undeniable knots of unit that exist among the two countries, with the result that the historical study of the political, economic and social relationships among both nations is of vital importance for the understanding of the current situation. As it is known, the relationships between Mexico and United States .en their different slopes., they have been treated as a controversial topic in most of historiography dedicated to their study. The period from 1906 at 19131 of the bilateral relationship that we intend to analyze, is not the exception, before well, we can say that in terms of historical studies it constitutes one of the moments that more debates have raised. Even this way, we consider that the study of this period has not drained the topics neither the interpretation possibilities. Hence, in the present thesis we study the diplomatic relationships between Mexico and United States during Porfirio Díaz government's part and until the fall of Francisco's government I. Timber.
