El derecho humano a la educación superior, en México y en el derecho internacional; la experiencia constitucional en el estado de Michoacán

Abstract

In the development of this research, the content and scope of the human right to higher education will be addressed and analyzed, for that purpose the provisions of article 138 of the Political Constitution of the Free and Sovereign State of Michoacán de Ocampo will be taken as a starting point , because this constitutional text is the first antecedent that guarantees the obligatory nature and gratuitousness of this human right, the developing one will address the need to create a direct link or bridge so that this right is implemented through a constitutional reform in the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States.

En el desarrollo de la presente investigación se abordará y analizará el contenido y alcance del derecho humano a la educación superior, para ello se tomará como punto de partida lo establecido en el artículo 138 de la Constitución Política del Estado Libre y Soberano de Michoacán de Ocampo, en virtud en que este texto constitucional es el primer antecedente que garantiza la obligatoriedad y gratuidad de este derecho humano, el en desarrollo abordaremos la necesidad de crear un enlace directo para que este derecho se implemente mediante una reforma constitucional en la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos.
