Abstract

Driver Education is not new, long has been promoted this way to use the roads properly as part of a transport system, its purpose until today; Protect the lives and physical integrity, a tireless work throughout the world and Mexico is no exception. In our country we have adopted various measures to prevent and although there have been some results they have gone from being a palliative to our problem. This time our aim is to address this issue from a different perspective that can perhaps cause controversy in the field of civil engineering, where the study area has been limited to exact sciences aside issues that exist and operate in problematic in waiting for a solution. That is why doing an analysis of how we have tried to solve the problems in traffic accidents, have come to believe that the solution is possible to find if you are looking directly at the source, which is the "Education" from my view is where the cause is found in this thesis just about traffic accidents, it is also the cause of all our problems as a society, as a state and as a country.

La Educación Vial no es un tema nuevo, desde hace mucho tiempo se ha promovido esta forma de utilizar de manera correcta las vialidades como parte de un sistema de transporte, su objetivo hasta el día de hoy; Proteger la vida de las personas así como su integridad física, un trabajo incansable en todo el mundo y México no es la excepción. En nuestro país se han adoptado diferentes medidas de prevención y si bien se han visto algunos resultados estos no han pasado de ser un paliativo a nuestro problema. Esta vez nuestro propósito es abordar este tema desde una perspectiva diferente que quizá podrá causar polémica en el área de la ingeniería civil, en donde el área de estudio se ha limitado a ciencias exactas dejando a un lado temas que existen y están presentes en problemáticas en espera de una solución. Es por ello que haciendo un análisis de la forma en que se ha tratado de solucionar los problemas por accidentes de tránsito, hemos llegado a creer que la solución es posible encontrarla si se busca directamente en el origen, que es la "Educación", desde mi punto de vista es ahí donde se encuentra la causa que en esta tesis solo se trata de accidentes de tránsito, también es el causante de todos nuestros problemas como sociedad, como estado y como país.
