Abstract

The concrete mix is known as a binder referring as Portland cement hydraulic binder, with aggregates such as coarse and fine aggregates which are designed to provide stability to the mixture and while providing strength and volume, and further a solvent in this case is water , and additives or additions to this investigation 2 types of additives , which when hardened forms a compact whole ( artificial metamorphic rock ) were used. one of the additives is a plasticizer which improves the characteristics of workability in the mix and the following is a natural organic additive geopolymer which improves the homogeneity condition in concrete, adding ductility to concrete and greater resistance to simple compression efforts . a characterization of hardened material (artificial rock) which was prepared with portland cement standard 40R CPC was performed ( Portland cement compound with 40 MPa rapid resistance ) by classification of cement in Mexico , coarse aggregate of crushed material a fine aggregate bank jewels obtained material placed in the cd . Generalmente la infraestructura de un país es la manera más sencilla y subjetiva de poder monitorear su riqueza, en México existe una gran cantidad de infraestructura de concreto deficiente por lo que se requieren mejores medios de comunicación, como lo son puentes, carreteras, edificaciones de vías terrestres. El concreto juega un papel importante en la infraestructura del país por lo cual se requiere una mayor investigación sobre el. para mejorar características intrínsecas para su desempeño entendiendo como concreto a la mezcla de un aglutinante refiriéndose como aglutinante al Cemento Portland hidráulico, con agregados como lo son agregados gruesos y finos los cuales tienen la finalidad de proporcionar estabilidad a la mezcla y al mismo tiempo proporcionar resistencia y volumen, y adicionalmente un solvente que en este caso es agua potable, y aditivos o adiciones, para esta investigación se empleara un concreto con un valor de Relación Agua/Cemento de 0.35 con un fluidificante que permita mejorar la Trabajabilidad y un aditivo orgánico natural que permita mejorar la respuesta de la estructura interna del concreto ante esfuerzos de expansión y contracción. El concreto se conoce como la mezcla de un aglutinante refiriéndose como aglutinante al Cemento Portland hidráulico, con agregados como lo son agregados gruesos y finos los cuales tienen la finalidad de proporcionar estabilidad a la mezcla y al mismo tiempo proporcionar resistencia y volumen, y adicionalmente un solvente que en este caso es agua potable, y aditivos o adiciones, para esta investigación se emplearon 2 tipos de aditivos, que al endurecerse forma un todo compacto (roca metamórfica artificial).uno de los aditivos es un fluidificante el cual mejora las características de trabajabilidad en la mezcla y el siguiente aditivo es un geopolímero orgánico natural el cual mejora las condiciones de homogeneidad en el concreto, adicionando ductilidad al concreto y mayores resistencias a los esfuerzos de compresión simple.
