Abstract

The consequences of a series of alterations and deteriorations presented/displayed by the diverse adjustments of the diverse uses cause of the needs that the building has had that lodges to the Preparatory Melchor Ocampo by the present use and the lack of maintenance adapted for the prevention and the control of the deteriorations. In the present work a methodology is developed, cradle in the direct observation to the building, as well as of investigation of file, which is described next The direct prospection or first approach to the building, is realised so much to the immediate context, like the own building. On the basis of the realised prospection, and to the investigation of cabinet and field, one obtains historical character data, denoting the origin of the construction, as well as the transformations throughout the time. Rises of the present state of the building are realised, on the basis of the method direct and indirect, which are architectonic, topographic, material and constructive systems, alterations and deteriorations, of which they are reflected in a planimetry, with symbols that specify each one of the components that integrate the planes corresponding to each case. After to have realised the analysis of the results of the diagnosis, is come to issue the ruling, for the elaboration of the restoration project, with a series of alternatives and criteria of intervention. In order to culminate with the methodologic process the restoration project is realised, with the criteria already established in the investigation. The reusability of spaces must of being considered according to the authenticity of the building and function that in him was developed. And the present use of materials and constructive systems that are integrated of harmonic form, but at the same time denoting the time of intervention.

Las consecuencias de una serie de alteraciones y deterioros presentados por las diversas adecuaciones de los diversos usos causa de las necesidades que ha tenido el inmueble que aloja a la Preparatoria Melchor Ocampo por el uso actual y la falta de mantenimiento adecuado para la prevención y el control de los deterioros. En el presente trabajo se desarrolla una metodología, basada en la observación directa al inmueble, así como de investigación de archivo, la cual se describe a continuación: La prospección directa o primer acercamiento al edificio, se realiza tanto al contexto inmediato, como al propio inmueble. En base a la prospección realizada, y a la investigación de gabinete y campo, se obtiene datos de carácter histórico, denotando el origen de la construcción, así como las transformaciones a lo largo del tiempo. Se realizan levantamientos del estado actual del edificio, en base al método directos e indirectos, los cuales son arquitectónicos, topográficos, materiales y sistemas constructivos, alteraciones y deterioros, de los cuales se ven reflejados en una planimetría, con símbolos que especifican cada uno de los componentes que integran los planos correspondientes a cada caso. Después de haber realizado el análisis de los resultados del diagnóstico, se procede a emitir el dictamen, para la elaboración del proyecto de restauración, con una serie de alternativas y criterios de intervención. Para culminar con el proceso metodológico se realiza el proyecto de restauración, con los criterios ya establecidos en la investigación. La reutilización de espacios deben de ser considerados de acuerdo a la autenticidad del inmueble y función que en él se desarrollaba. Y la utilización de materiales y sistemas constructivos actuales que se integren de forma armónica, pero al mismo tiempo denotando la época de intervención.
