Proyecto de restauración del palacio episcopal de Valladolid

Abstract

This thesis was conducted through a methodological process where development approach for the restoration of the building erected as the Valladolid Episcopal palace, built in the early eighteenth century and located in the city center called the Episcopal Palace of Valladolid. Based on the methodology, the restoration project poses different phases such as: lifting, historical analysis, the activities carried out Over time, the causes and effects that have deteriorated, proposals for restoration and analysis for reuse. From this process and if we consider that all varies widely over time as with the place, the architectural reuse makes sense. Reusing this property with a new use is spatial, structural and use it as is our case symbolically returning to use with religious, generating and strengthening its identity in the city and creating a development cultural development to create the Museum of Sacred Art of Michoacan. With this, the proposed intervention is directed in a first term to preserve the property by a restoration that respects the material aspects, building systems and formal aspects later by reuse if inserted into the process of urban renewal is happening in their neighborhood and in the city

La presente tesina, fue realizada a través de un proceso metodológico donde se desarrollo el planteamiento para la restauración del inmueble erigido como el Palacio Episcopal de Valladolid, construido a principios del siglo XVIII y ubicado en el centro de la ciudad denominado el palacio Episcopal de Valladolid. En base a la metodología, el proyecto de restauración plantea diferentes fases como son: el levantamiento, el análisis histórico, las actividades realizadas a lo largo del tiempo, las causas y efectos que lo han deteriorado, las propuestas para su restauración y el análisis para su reutilización. A partir de este proceso y si tenemos en cuenta que todo varia tanto con el tiempo como con el lugar, la reutilización arquitectónica toma sentido. El Reutilizar este inmueble con un nuevo uso es aprovecharlo espacial, estructural y como es en nuestro caso simbólicamente al regresar a un uso con carácter religioso, generando y afianzando su identidad en la ciudad y generando un desarrollo cultural al crear el museo de arte Sacro de Michoacán. Con esto, la propuesta de intervención se dirige en un primer término a conservar el inmueble mediante una restauración que respete los aspectos materiales, sistemas constructivos y los aspectos formales para que posteriormente mediante su reutilización si inserte en el proceso de renovación urbana que está ocurriendo en su barrio y en la ciudad.
