Abstract

This research is a case study of the company SULEÓN S.A. Of C.V., about the social welfare of its workers' stakeholders in the municipality of León, Guanajuato, Mexico, which is located in the municipality mentioned above, which stands out for its high industrialization and dedication to the footwear manufacturing sector. Footwear manufacturing companies in the state of Guanajuato generate jobs, housing opportunities, and opportunities to access the health sector, but it is unknown how they have contributed to the social well-being of the participants called workers' stakeholders in the process, as well as in The development of the regions where they are established and therefore of the municipalities that host them. Therefore, there is the question of whether the impact has been positive or negative, by the company SULEÓN S.A. Of C.V., about the social welfare of its workers' stakeholders in the municipality of León, Guanajuato, Mexico; The above because they are companies aimed at raising business productivity levels in terms of monetary earnings is concerned, leaving aside the welfare of its workers (CICEG, 2014). The present investigation seeks to know the impact on local development of the municipality of León, Guanajuato, Mexico that owns the Suleón company dedicated to the production of footwear located in the municipality towards its workers. For this purpose, the impact of the social welfare contributed to the workers by the company in the local development of the municipality of León, Guanajuato from the point of view of Stakeholders Theory will be sought.

Esta investigación es un estudio de caso de la empresa SULEÓN S.A. de C.V., acerca del bienestar social de sus stakeholders obreros en el municipio de León, Guanajuato, México, el cual se destaca por su alta industrialización y su dedicación al sector manufacturero de calzado. Las empresas manufactureras de calzado en el estado de Guanajuato generan empleo, oportunidad de vivienda, oportunidad de acceder al sector salud, pero se desconoce de qué forma han contribuido en el bienestar social de los participantes denominados stakeholders1 obreros dentro de dicho proceso, así como en el desarrollo de las regiones donde se establecen y por tanto de los municipios que las alojan. Por lo tanto, existe la interrogante de si el impacto ha sido positivo o negativo, por la empresa SULEÓN S.A. de C.V., acerca del bienestar social de sus stakeholders obreros en el municipio de León, Guanajuato, México; lo anterior debido a que son empresas orientadas a elevar los niveles de productividad de negocio en cuanto a ganancias monetarias se refiere, dejando de lado el bienestar social de sus obreros (CICEG, 2014). La presente investigación busca conocer el impacto en el desarrollo local del municipio de León, Guanajuato, México que posee la empresa Suleón dedicada a la elaboración de suela de calzado ubicada en el municipio hacia sus trabajadores. Para lo cual se buscará conocer el impacto del bienestar social aportado a los obreros por parte de dicha empresa en el desarrollo local del municipio de León, Guanajuato desde el punto de vista de la Teoría de los Stakeholders.
