Restauración y adecuación de la casa "La Providencia del Ate", García Obeso No. 71 en Morelia, Michoacán

Abstract

The present work has the purpose of making known the study carried out on the property located on García Obeso No. 71 street in the down town of the city of Morelia, Michoacán. The property belongs to the housing architecture developed during the seventeenth century and is part of the architectural heritage built in this city. To determine the current state of the property, an analysis was made of the information collected during the survey and carried out. In order to form a diagnosis about the causes and the deterioration agents that damage it. The analysis shown the damage and deterioration that the property was caused by the lack of maintenance, the changes of use of the spaces and the different interventions that have been made. An opinion was drawn up for the total eradication of the damage and thus guarantee its conservation. What I generate the present project of restoration where it proposes a series of interventions, with preventive and corrective treatments giving a viable solution. Based on historical knowledge, construction procedures and techniques, disseminated in the course of the specialty that preserve the architectural and formal characteristics of the property.

El presente trabajo tiene con cómo finalidad dar a conocer el estudio realizado al inmueble ubicado en la calle de García Obeso No. 71 del centro histórico de la ciudad de Morelia, Michoacán. El inmueble pertenece a la arquitectura habitacional desarrollada durante el siglo XVII y forma parte patrimonio arquitectónico construido en esta ciudad. Para determinar el estado actual en él cual se encuentra el inmueble, se hizo un análisis con la información recabada durante la prospección y los levantamientos realizados. Haciendo así el diagnóstico sobre las causas y los agentes de deterioro que lo dañan. El análisis mostró que los daños y deterioros que muestra el inmueble, fueron causados por la falta de mantenimiento, cambio en el uso de espacios y las distintas intervenciones que se le han realizado. Se elaboró un dictamen para la erradicación total de los deterioros para poder garantizar su conservación. En el presente proyecto de restauración se generaron las propuestas que incluyen una serie de intervenciones, con tratamientos preventivos y correctivos dando una solución viable; las cuales se basaron en el conocimiento histórico, los procedimientos y técnicas constructivas, difundidas en curso de la especialidad que conserven las características arquitectónicas y formales del inmueble.
