Factores que determinan la competitividad bancaria en México

Abstract

The social reinsertion of the Interns, is a treatment that must be provided within the Centers for Social Reintegration in the Country, with an intellectual and moral orientation for their prompt re-socialization in society. Process that must be done according to the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States in its article 18. The present investigation was elaborated with the aim of establishing if the penitentiary system complies with the trend of social readaptation, therefore the reinsertion of the inmates; so, through surveys directed to administrative staff of CERESO LIC. DAVID FRANCO RODRIGREZ, it is concluded that due to the lack of application of means of education and instruction and lack of budget on the part of the governmental dependencies, the social readaptation and the reduction of the Interns can not be fulfilled.

La reinserción social de los Internos, es un tratamiento que se debe de brindar dentro de los Centros de Reinserción Social en el País, con una orientación intelectual y moral para su pronta resocialización en la sociedad. Proceso que debe hacerse según Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos en su artículo 18. La presente investigación se elaborará con la finalidad de establecer si el sistema penitenciario cumple con la tendencia de la readaptación social, por ende la reinserción de los internos; por lo que, mediante encuestas dirigidas a personal administrativo del CERESO LIC. DAVID FRANCO RODRIGUEZ, se concluye que debido a la falta de aplicación de medios de educación e instrucción y falta de presupuesto por parte de las dependencias gubernamentales no se puede cumplir la finalidad de los centros penitenciarios y lograr en óptimas condiciones la readaptación social y la reeducación de los Internos.
