La problemática de la movilidad del tránsito vehicular de la ciudad de Morelia. Efectos en su desarrollo urbano

Abstract

To look for attainable explanations and of low cost that contributes to the solution of the problems of congestion of the transit to carry of the Historical Center of the city of Morelia is a problem which our city is facing not only but it is a subject of national and international impact. The previous thing I guide to us to formulate the following question: How it is possible to be improved the mobility and the accessibility of the flow to carry of the Historical Center of the city of Morelia and to diminish its complexity? For its answer, it was that the investigation was realised “the mobility of the transit to carry of the city of Morelia. Effects in its urban development” an inductive investigation (empirical). At the end of the same, it was obtained, it systematized and the road infrastructure of the Historical Center was analyzed, which gave like end item the road network us of the Historical Center, supporting us in her I am applied to the model of functional classification urban streets to know the scheme operation of the transit to carry. With the obtained data, the Road Plan for the Historical Center of the city of Morelia seted out which includes different ways to improve the mobility and the accessibility of the flow to carry to its road network, being applied, its complexity will be diminished consequently, trying on the hypothesis of the investigation Project.

Buscar explicaciones realizables y de bajo costo que contribuyan a la solución de los problemas de congestión del tránsito vehicular del Centro Histórico de la ciudad de Morelia es un dilema al que se está enfrentando no solo nuestra ciudad sino que es un asunto de impacto nacional é internacional. Lo anterior nos guio a formular la siguiente pregunta: ¿De qué manera se puede mejorar la movilidad y la accesibilidad del flujo vehicular del Centro Histórico de la ciudad de Morelia y disminuir su complejidad? Para su contestación, fue que se realizó la investigación “La movilidad y la accesibilidad del tránsito vehicular del Centro Histórico de la ciudad de Morelia. Efectos en su desarrollo urbano” una investigación inductiva (empírica). Al final de la misma, se obtuvo, se sistematizó y se analizó la infraestructura vial del Centro Histórico, lo que nos dio como producto final la red vial del Centro Histórico, apoyándonos en ella se aplicó el modelo de clasificación funcional para calles urbanas para conocer el esquema de operación del tránsito vehicular. Con la información obtenida, se propuso el Plan Vial para el Centro Histórico de la ciudad de Morelia el cual incluye diferentes maneras de mejorar la movilidad y la accesibilidad del flujo vehicular a su red vial, aplicándose, se disminuirá su complejidad, probándose en consecuencia la hipótesis del proyecto de Investigación.
