Abstract: The obtention xylose requires the use of a xilanolítico complex tho hydrolyze the xylan, where the xylanases play a central role. These enzymes are produced by a great diversity of organisms, among them are the fungi. In this regard, in a previous work, the fungus Fusarium solani (KP137443) was isolated from a bean culture and selected for its important ability to produce extracellular xylanases. Therefore, in this work, it is of interest to obtain an extract enriched with xylanolytic activity, where the enrichment of the crude enzymatic extract and the determination of the biochemical properties will guide to know if this enzyme presents optimal biochemical properties for its possible biotechnological use. Therefore, enriched xylanase is a candidate for degrading xylans in processes that use maximum temperatures of 50°C, pH of 7 and with weak ionic strength.
