Abstract: To estimate the incidence of tuberous sclerosis in children of the Hospital Infantil de Morelia, by age, sex and place of residence, its main clinical manifestations and alterations in auxiliary studies, as well as to describe its treatment and evolution. Material and methods. A retrospective, observational, transversal and descriptive study was carried out without risk in all the patients with a diagnosis of tuberous sclerosis, through their file capturing the study variables through a data capture format, which were processed through the program IMB SPSS Stadistics version 23 and Excel. Results a total of 11 patients were studied observing an incidence of 7.3 cases per 100000 of which 54.4% were girls (6) and 43.4% (5) children, the age at the most frequent diagnosis was at 12 months with a mean age 18.7 months. The most frequent clinical manifestations were 100% hypochromic spots, 100% seizures and 72.7% facial angiofibromas (8). The predominant tomography lesions were subependymal nodules in 100%, subcortical and cortical nodules, and 35.4% rhabdomyomas (4 ), the medical treatment was the most frequently used being the valproate of magnesium the most used in a 100%. Regarding family history, only one patient was found to be familiar with clinical data positive for TSC (9.1%), the predominant evolution was improvement in 72.7% (8). Conclusions: The patients with TSC studied presented similar results compared to other studies conducted in other parts of the world. It is observed that the presence of hypochromic spots, seizures, facial angiofibromas, subependymal nodules as well as rhabdomyomas are important data for the diagnosis and early treatment of said
