Esencia y factores para mejorar la eficiencia terminal en la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales

Abstract

In the thesis proposed through this Project, the information will be broken down by means of the following parts: a Preamble, an Introduction that is now being shaped, will consist of four chapters: the First, which will tell us about the Constitutional Evolution of Freedom of Profession; The second, related to the legal comparison of the professions of the Law, emphasizing that Mexico is immersed in the Roman system; The Third, which will deal with the Nicolaitan Juridical Degree; And the Fourth, which will address some Support Programs for the Nicolaitan Juridical Degree. Finally, the conclusions and proposals of rigor and the enumeration of Polygraphy will be issued containing Bibliography, Hemerography and Virtuography, taking into account that each dissertation of the subjects that were seen in these master's studies in Law studied had to do with the capitulation of the present Final work. An Appendix containing Journalistic Notes, Applied Survey Questionnaires and their Results are added at the end: 1) 4th Year Students; And, 2) 5th Year Students.

En la tesis que se propone por medio de este Proyecto, se desglosará la información por medio de las siguientes partes: un Preámbulo, una Introducción que ahora se está plasmando, constará de cuatro capítulos: el Primero, que nos hablará de la Evolución Constitucional de la Libertad de Profesión; el Segundo, relacionado con la comparación jurídica de las profesiones del Derecho, haciendo hincapié en que México se encuentra inmerso en el sistema romanista; el Tercero, que versará sobre la Titulación Jurídica Nicolaita; y el Cuarto, en donde se abordarán algunos Programas de Apoyo para la Titulación Jurídica Nicolaita. Finalmente se emitirán las conclusiones y propuestas de rigor y la enumeración de la Poligrafía que contiene Bibliografía, Hemerografía y Virtuografía, atendiendo a que cada tesina de las materias que se vieron en estos estudios de Maestría en Derecho cursados tuvieron qué ver con el capitulado del presente trabajo final. Se agrega al final un Apéndice que contiene Notas Periodísticas, los Cuestionarios de las Encuestas Aplicadas y sus Resultados: 1) Estudiantes del 4º Año; y, 2) Estudiantes del 5º Año.
