El desarrollo de habilidades docentes para la generación de aprendizajes significativos durante el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje en derecho

Abstract

The chapter structure of the thesis shows in the First Chapter what were the historical and legal antecedents of law studies in Michoacán. While in Chapter Two we analyze what have been the pedagogical models that have developed since the twentieth century until now, their functionality, characteristics and benefits of each one of them; Chapter Three establishes the teaching-learning process in the field of Law, highlighting the importance of teaching skills in seeking to achieve meaningful learning; On the other hand, Chapter Four sets out in a very detailed way what the teaching skills should be in the teaching-learning process of Law; Chapter Five shows the systematization of information and results obtained in the field research that was carried out in the month of February of the year 2006 to the students of the third year of the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the Michoacan University of San Nicolás Of Hidalgo. Perhaps the reader of the present study may question why this research should be done, that is, what is its significance in the field of law, before which it should suffice to be clear that everything that collaborates in the training of lawyers in Their academic-university period will have a direct impact on their way of acting professionally in work practice, that is, such training will help them to have a professional, ethical and fair performance of the law.

La estructura capitular de la tesis muestra en el Capítulo Primero cuáles fueron los antecedentes históricos y jurídicos de los estudios de Derecho en Michoacán. Mientras que en el Capítulo Segundo se analizan cuáles han sido los modelos pedagógicos que se han desarrollado a partir del siglo XX hasta este momento, su funcionalidad, características y beneficios de cada uno de ellos; en el Capítulo Tercero se establece el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en el campo del Derecho, destacándose lo importante que resultan las habilidades docentes al procurar lograr un aprendizaje significativo; por otra parte, en el Capítulo Cuarto se establece de manera muy detallada cuáles deben ser las habilidades para la docencia en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje del Derecho; en el Capítulo Quinto se muestra la sistematización de información y resultados obtenidos en la investigación de campo que se realizó en el mes de febrero del año 2006 a los alumnos del tercer año de la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo. Tal vez el lector del presente estudio pueda cuestionarse el por qué debe hacerse esta investigación, es decir, cuál es su trascendencia en el ámbito del Derecho, ante lo cual debe bastar con tener claro que todo aquello que colabora en la formación de los abogados en su época académica-universitaria tendrá una repercusión directa en su modo de actuar profesionalmente ya en la práctica laboral, es decir, dicha formación ayudará a que tengan un desempeño profesional, ético y justo del derecho.
