El ethos del docente jurídico en el aula universitaria. Investigación teórica-empírica. (El caso de la asignatura: Lógica jurídica)

Abstract

It is no omission to point out that, in humanism, man's freedom to choose is rescued for actions that determine his human quality. The role of the State in promoting and consolidating the ethical sense of the exercise of professions is unobjectionable and a duty of all enlightened government; For this reason it is fundamental to recognize the role of the teacher in all orders and at all levels of our National Educational System, especially the university. In the historical transition, in rescuing the thoughts of liberal men, we can glimpse the axiological and ideological character of education in the University, generating from each great Mexican social movement the formulation of laws that regulate an ideal behavior and, moreover, leave to Except for the legal ethical character of education. La ética, no solamente es un tema de café, es uno de los temas de más interés a lo largo de la historia del hombre, porque aunque sea intangible es inherente a la naturaleza humana, considerándose importante en los momentos actuales, como uno de los rasgos de los perfiles de egreso y por consecuencia en cualquiera de los desempeños profesionales. Históricamente, se destaca la virtud moral como resultado de aquella capacidad que la naturaleza nos permite realizar acciones justas, buscándolas en el punto intermedio entre los extremos opuestos de excesos o deficiencias; por otra parte, en un imperativo categórico prevalece el carácter del deber ser cuando se basan en una Ética Racional Universal, basada en leyes que determinan la voluntad. No es omisión señalar que, en el humanismo se rescate la libertad que tiene el hombre de elegir, para las acciones que determinen su calidad humana. El papel del Estado, para promover y consolidar el sentido ético del ejercicio de las profesiones es inobjetable y un deber de todo gobierno ilustrado; por ello es fundamental reconocer la función del docente en todos los órdenes y en todos los niveles de nuestro Sistema Educativo Nacional, en especial el universitario. En la transición histórica, al rescatar los pensamientos de los hombres liberales permiten vislumbrar el carácter axiológico e ideológico de la educación en la Universidad, generando de cada gran movimiento social mexicano la formulación de leyes que regulan un comportamiento idóneo y, más aún, dejan a salvo el carácter ético jurídico de la educación. La descripción de las dimensiones, variables, funciones y tareas de la docencia en el campo ético jurídico, ofrece las posibilidades de la descripción de una experiencia de vida profesional, la de una práctica docente en la enseñanza de la materia optativa Lógica Jurídica, en la que los asesorados y Miguel Rayas Lundes convinieron hacer un ejercicio sobre la identificación de los criterios psicopedagógicos e institucionales del perfil de egreso de la Licenciatura en Derecho de la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales durante los ciclos escolares 2005-2006, 2006-2007 y 2007-2008.
