Aspectos del capital social y del desarrollo local en Sevina, Michoacán

Abstract

This work consists of five paragraphs, the two first ones they center on the characterization of the share capital in Sevina. This turns out to be essential, every time it is a question of a case analysis in a spatial and temporary context, with theoretical contributions; in addition to that the proper definition and typical of the share capital they are subject to discussion nowadays. The third part consists of an exhibition and analysis of the elements that, historically they have influenced print or negatively in the development of the share capital in Sevina. While in the fourth paragraph there is examined the specific case of the tourist activity, like element typical of socioeconomic development, in addition to its specific effect for the case of Sevina on the share capital. Finally and like product of the previous thing, there become detached the conclusions and comments about the shape of the share capital like an element inherent in the process of socioeconomic development in the Tenancy; by which rules and recommendations are proposed for the shape and use of this capital in the context of the process of socioeconomic development.

Este trabajo se compone de cinco apartados, los dos primeros se centran en la caracterización del capital social en Sevina. Esto resulta imprescindible, toda vez que se trata de un análisis de caso en un contexto espacial y temporal, con aportaciones teóricas; además de que la propia definición y características del capital social se encuentran sujetas a discusión hoy en día. La parte tercera consiste en una exposición y análisis de los elementos que, históricamente han influido positiva o negativamente en el desarrollo del capital social en Sevina. Mientras que en el cuarto apartado se examina el caso específico de la actividad turística, como elemento característico de desarrollo socioeconómico, además de su efecto específico para el caso de Sevina sobre el capital social. Por último y como producto de lo anterior, se desprenden las conclusiones y comentarios sobre la conformación del capital social como un elemento inherente al proceso de desarrollo socioeconómico en la Tenencia; por lo cual se proponen pautas y recomendaciones para la conformación y utilización de esta capital en el contexto del proceso de desarrollo socioeconómico.
