Organizaciones de la sociedad civil para el desarrollo: entre la economía de mercado y la economía del trabajo

Abstract

The study object, the OSC-D with head office in Morelia, Michoacán, is analyzed in view of five variables: economic, social, cultural, politics and a variable trasversal, the environmental one. Of which there get rid 70 indicators that were questioned to each of 27 interviewed organizations. The presentation of this document is ordained in three chapters: the first one establishes the connection between the economy and the development: ―Economía and Local Development ‖; the second chapter: ―Organizaciones of the Civil society and the Local Development with Approach of Labor economics ‖; and, the third chapter: ―Organizaciones of the Civil society for the Development of Michoacán: between the Market economy and the Labor economics ‖. The first chapter constitutes the referential frame that problematiza the origins of the local development, establishing its systemic and institutional character, also include the variables that identify the DL. In the chapter two, it does the distinction to itself between Third Sector (TS) and OSC, the first one is located in the asistencialismo, in the philanthropy or social charity, while of the second group there are recaptured only those who answer to the needs for promotion of the development in wide sense.

El objeto de estudio, las OSC-D con sede en Morelia, Michoacán, son analizadas a la luz de cinco variables: económico, social, cultural, política y una variable trasversal, la ambiental. De las cuales se desprenden 70 indicadores que fueron cuestionados a cada una de las 27 organizaciones entrevistadas. La presentación de este documento se ordena en tres capítulos: el primero establece la conexión entre la economía y el desarrollo: ―Economía y Desarrollo Local‖; el segundo capítulo: ―Organizaciones de la Sociedad Civil y el Desarrollo Local con Enfoque de Economía del Trabajo‖; y, el tercer capítulo: ―Organizaciones de la Sociedad Civil para el Desarrollo de Michoacán: entre la Economía de Mercado y la Economía del Trabajo‖. El primer capítulo constituye el marco referencial que problematiza los orígenes del desarrollo local, estableciendo su carácter sistémico e institucional, asimismo se incluyen las variables que identifican el DL. En el capítulo dos, se hace la distinción entre Tercer Sector (TS) y OSC, el primero se ubica en el asistencialismo, en la filantropía o caridad social, mientras que del segundo grupo se retoman sólo aquellas que responden a las necesidades de promoción del desarrollo en amplio sentido.
