Discurso de la garantía constitucional y de los derechos humanos en México al derecho a un medio ambiente sano

Abstract

It is well known environmental problems affecting the planet Earth this country and part of it is Mexico, of humanity as it has realized the negative environmental impact that and a disastrous consequence for the future of all living beings, that is why with national and international agencies should strive to create that more laws and reform protect and ensure a healthy environment in which we live and academic programs that educate people about the protection and proper use of this. The main objective of this research is to determine how it affects the inefficiency of the constitutional right to a healthy environment for development and human well-being and show the necessity and importance of effective and efficient constitutional guarantee that I contained in article 4, paragraph fifth pointing "Everyone has the right to a healthy environment for their development and well- being...", by adding a section first call from the Human Rights and Guarantees.

Es bien sabido de los problemas ambientales que afectan al planeta Tierra y a este país que forma parte de él que es México, de por si la humanidad se ha dado cuenta del impacto ambiental negativo que genera y una consecuencia nefasta para el futuro de todos los seres vivos, es por eso que con los organismos nacionales e internacionales que deben de luchar para que se crean y reformen más leyes que protejan y garanticen un medio ambiente sano en que debemos de vivir y programas académicos que eduquen a las personas sobre la protección y buen uso de este. El objetivo esencial de este trabajo de investigación es determinar cómo afecta la ineficacia de la garantía constitucional a un medio ambiente sano para el desarrollo y bienestar del ser humano y mostrar la necesidad e importancia de hacer efectiva y eficaz esa garantía constitucional contenida en el artículo 4°, párrafo quinto que señala “toda persona tiene Derecho a un medio ambiente sano para su desarrollo y bienestar...”, mediante la adición de una sección primera llamada De los Derechos Humanos y sus Garantías.
