Outsourcing en el sector hotelero

Abstract

In the present times one of the principal objectives that the enterprises are looking for is the best efficiency to the lower cost, without leaving quality standards to the service to the customers. The principal objective of this essay (work) is to show the importance how the lower cost in the payroll and administrative technology in a hotel chain, presenting the outsourcing like away to get the goal. It is saying through the outsourcing we get the advantages that contributed the achievement of the strategic objectives for this organization. We try to increase the value and contribute for transformed the business.

En la actualidad uno de los objetivos más buscados por todas las empresas es la mayor eficiencia al menor costo, sin dejar por un lado los estándares de calidad y servicio al cliente. El objetivo principal de ésta tesis es mostrar la importancia de la reducción de costos de nómina y administración de tecnología en una cadena hotelera, presentando al outsourcing como un medio para lograrlo. Es decir que a través del outsourcing se logran ventajas y se contribuye al cumplimiento de objetivos estratégicos para la organización. Se trata de generar valor y contribuir para transformar el negocio.
