La libertad de expresión en el cine mexicano, una lucha legal detrás de cámaras para evitar la censura

Since the arrival in Mexico of the cinema in 1896, cinema in our country has fought regulations that want to silence the voice of the filmmakers. Now, in the twenty-first century, even though the Constitution and the Federal Law on Cinematography speak of freedom expression, the filmmakers must know the limits of it, from writing the script, to avoid the censure

Desde la llegada a México del cinematógrafo en 1896, el cine en nuestro país ha luchado contra las reglamentaciones, que quieren callar la voz de los realizadores. Ahora, en el siglo XXI, a pesar de que la Constitución y la Ley Federal de Cinematografía hablan de una libertad de expresión, los cineastas deben conocer los límites de ésta, desde que escriben el guion, para evitar caer en la censura.
