Abstract

This work I am made in order to understand that within the sport the administration exists and that a very important paper for the administration plays publishes within the governmental thing. This manual constitutes a general introduction to the fundamental processes of the administration and its application in the organisms of physical and sport activity. Structure in three parts. First one takes care of the relation between the theory and the practice and the functions of the administrator. Second it deals with the planning and the organization of the resources, as well as of the search and selection of personnel. Finally, the third part takes care of the leadership, the motivation for the work, the communication and the distribution of the information, the decision making, and the resolution of problems and the process of evaluation. To count on professionals who develop technical works in protocol, logistic and security.

Este trabajo se realizó con el propósito de entender que dentro del deporte existe la administración y que juega un papel muy importante para la administración pública dentro de lo gubernamental. Este manual constituye una introducción general a los procesos fundamentales de la administración y su aplicación en los organismos de actividad física y deportiva. Se estructura en tres partes. La primera se ocupa de la relación entre la teoría y la práctica y las funciones del administrador. La segunda trata de la planificación y la organización de los recursos, así como de la búsqueda y selección de personal. Por último, la tercera parte se ocupa del liderazgo, la motivación para el trabajo, la comunicación y la distribución de la información, la toma de decisiones, la resolución de problemas y el proceso de evaluación. Contar con profesionales que desarrollen trabajos técnicos en protocolo, logística y seguridad. Debemos intentar profesionalizar áreas de trabajo concretas y fundamentales para una exitosa gestión deportiva.
