Proyecto de inversión para el establecimiento de una empresa productora de yogurt adicionado con fitoestrógenos

Abstract

The following abstract is a descriptive abstract and it has the function to listing the topics in this thesis. Obviously each topic will be described in a concise way. Firstly this thesis is about an inversion project, its technical and economic feasibility to implement and to develop a small company to produce yogurt added with phytoestrogens. This yogurt should be used to help to women with the menopause and its symptoms. This thesis contains an introduction and some historical background and references, about the history of the yogurt and some properties of it and the phytoestrogens. As any investigation this project includes a problem its origin, description and its justification, is enunciated a hypothesis that is tested with a market study and a technical and financial analysis to refer to the feasibility of the projected company. Are also analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of locating the company in the city of Morelia, in this project by the way. Finally in this project you can see the importance of the company size and why I choose the small one, the process to make the yogurt, the plant design and its costs, the organization and in general the essence of the product and the project. I hope this thesis will become of interest and help for many people.

El siguiente, es un resumen descriptivo y tiene la función de enumerar los temas de esta tesis. Obviamente, cada tema se describirá en forma concisa para no ser repetitivo con el desarrollo de la misma. En primer lugar, esta tesis es acerca de un proyecto de inversión, su viabilidad técnica y económica para implementar y desarrollar una pequeña empresa para producir yogur adicionado con fitoestrógenos. Este yogur puede utilizarse para ayudar a las mujeres con la menopausia y sus síntomas. Esta tesis contiene una introducción y algunos antecedentes históricos y referencias, acerca de la historia del yogur y algunas de las propiedades de los fitoestrógenos. Como cualquier investigación de este proyecto incluye un problema, su origen, descripción y su justificación, es una hipótesis que se ha probado con un estudio de mercado y un análisis técnico y financiero para referirme a la viabilidad de la empresa proyectada. Son, por cierto, también analizadas las ventajas y desventajas de la localización de la empresa en la ciudad de Morelia. Finalmente en este proyecto se puede ver la importancia del tamaño de la empresa y por qué elegir el de una pequeña empresa, el proceso para hacer el yogur, el diseño de la planta y sus costos, la organización y en general la esencia del producto y el proyecto. Espero que esta tesis sea de interés y ayuda para muchas personas.
