Interés legítimo. Su ponderación en el juicio de amparo

Abstract

This work speaks of legitimate interest, and how is weighted as harmoniously when two human rights collide or face within the injunction. In the present investigation this problem is addressed, giving practical examples and theo-specific conclusions that serve as tools for the judge resolved in the best way possible.

Este trabajo habla del interés legítimo, y la forma en como se pondera de forma armónica, cuando dos derechos humanos se colisionan o se confrontan dentro del juicio de amparo. En la presente investigación se aborda éste problema, dando ejemplos teo-prácticos y conclusiones concretas, que sirven de herramientas para que el juzgador resuelva de la mejor manera posible.
