Diseño de un plan estratégico de negocio para una guardería subrogada al IMSS

Abstract

The purpose of the project is that society has had the need to have childcare services, particularly in the city of Morelia, Michoacán. Nowadays the prevailing situation in our country, leads the citizen to live in a work environment where both parents work to move the home forward. When parents conceive their children, they have a maternity disability, which allows them to leave their work activities and thus be able to care for their newborn child, but a problem that arises at the moment is that at the end of the period of incapacity, they must reincorporate themselves to their respective jobs, so they must look for the alternative for the care of the minor. All salaried workers have the right to receive Social Security, in accordance with the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, the Federal Labor Law, as well as the Law of the Mexican Institute of Social Security. Within the Social Security is the provision of Nursery, which aims to address the overall development of children, through the care and strengthening of their health, in addition to providing a healthy diet and educational-formative program according to their age and level of development. The Mexican Institute of Social Security has the benefit of daycare, either in any of its institutions or any other, which provides the same services through the subrogation of services, which must be established through an agreement between the own IMSS and the company that will provide said services.

El propósito que tiene el proyecto es atender la necesidad de la sociedad de contar con servicios de guardería, en particular en la ciudad de Morelia, Michoacán. Hoy en día la situación imperante en nuestro país, conlleva al ciudadano a vivir en un ambiente laboral en donde ambos padres trabajan para sacar adelante el hogar. Los padres de familia al concebir a sus hijos cuentan con incapacidad por maternidad, lo cual les permite ausentarse de sus actividades laborales y así poder atender a su hijo recién nacido, pero un problema que se suscita en la actualidad es que, al concluir el periodo de incapacidad, deben reincorporarse a sus respectivos trabajos, por lo que deben buscar la alternativa para el cuidado del menor. Todos los trabajadores asalariados tienen derecho a recibir Seguridad Social, conforme a la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, la Ley Federal del Trabajo, así como a la Ley del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social. Dentro de la Seguridad Social está contemplada la prestación de Guardería, la cual tiene por objetivo atender el desarrollo integral de los niños, a través del cuidado y fortalecimiento de su salud, además de brindar una sana alimentación y un programa educativo-formativo acorde a su edad y nivel de desarrollo. El instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social cuenta con la prestación de Guardería, ya sea en alguna de sus instituciones o alguna otra, la cual presta los mismos servicios a través de la subrogación de servicios, mismos que deben ser establecidos a través de un convenio entre el propio IMSS y la empresa que prestará dichos servicios.
