Las multas de la dirección de tránsito y vialidad del municipio de Tacámbaro Michoacán ¿transgreden los derechos humanos?

Abstract

The Administrative acts emanating from the administrative authority are legal acts of a different nature; the will be unilateral acts of the administration, those carried out by its sole unilateral declaration of the will, as occurs with the imposition of fines from the municipality´s direction of traffic and road from Tacámbaro, Michoacán. This thesis analyzed, from a legal approach, if the imposition of fines is in accordance with the law, since the act of annoyance is carried out, the competition, the imposition of the penalty or sanction, to the means of defense with which could challenge the administrative acts, in the case of being violate any Human Right protected by the Constitution.

Los actos administrativos emanados por la autoridad administrativa son actos jurídicos de diferente índole; serán actos unilaterales de la administración, los realizados por su sola declaración unilateral de la voluntad, como ocurre con la imposición de multas de la Dirección de Tránsito y Vialidad del Municipio de Tacámbaro, Michoacán. En esta tesis se analiza, desde un enfoque jurídico, si las imposiciones de las multas se apegan a derecho, desde que se realiza el acto de molestia, la competencia, la imposición de la pena o sanción, hasta los medios de defensa con que se pudieran impugnar los actos administrativos, en el caso de verse vulnerado algún Derecho Humano protegido por la Constitución.
