Análisis de la teoría del tiempo narrado de Paul Ricoeur a la novela El problema de los tres cuerpos de Cixin Liu

Abstract

The present work aims to carry out an analysis on the figures of time, space and the observer to the novel The problem of the three bodies (2008) by Cixin Liu. To do this, we started from a review on the nature and current status of science fiction, as well as the author and his work in particular. The functioning of the French philosopher's theory was also reviewed from the studies of discourse to better understand his postulates. After this, a comparison of similarities and differences was made between the discourse of quantum physics and philosophy, as science on the one hand and as fiction on the other; Similarly, linguistic issues present in the enunciation of these discourses were reviewed. Finally, from the hermeneut's point of view, the enunciative process was analyzed as a result of a refigured intratextual time, through the experiential process of the characters and the narrative voice, and extratextual, through the reading carried out by an external agent.

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar un análisis sobre las figuras del tiempo, el espacio y el observador a la novela El problema de los tres cuerpos (2008) de Cixin Liu. Para ello, se partió de una revisión sobre la naturaleza y actualidad de la ciencia ficción, así como el autor y su obra en particular. También se revisó desde los estudios del discurso el funcionamiento de la teoría del filósofo francés para entender de mejor manera sus postulados. Posterior a ello, se hizo una comparación de similitudes y diferencias entre el discurso de la física cuántica y la filosofía, como ciencia por un lado y como ficción por otro; de igual mandera se revisaron cuestiones lingüisticas presentes en la enunciación de estos discursos. Por último, se analizó, desde el punto de vista del hermeneuta, el proceso enunciativo como resultado de un tiempo refigurado intratextual, mediante el proceso vivencial de los personajes y la voz narrativa, y extratextual, mediante la lectura realizada por un agente externo.
