Caracterización citotaxonómica de algunas especies del género Vicia (Leguminosae)

Abstract

Presently work was carried out the analysis of chromosomes mitotic in 5 species of the gender it corrupts (it Corrupts sativa; V. dasycarpa; V. benghalensis; V. villosa and V. disperma) and three cultivares (V. sativa cultivares Aneto, Hifa and Alba). The chromosomal study allowed to separate to the analyzed species, in two subgéneros (it Corrupts and Cracca), the taxa that belong to the subgénero Corrupts (it Corrupts sativa and their cultivares), they have an I number chromosomal of 2n=12, they also present an asymmetric cariotipo, with chromosomes metacéntricos, subtelocéntricos, acrocéntricos and telocéntricos, while the species of the subgénero Cracca presents a chromosomal number of 2n=14 with cariotipos but symmetrical, since they only present chromosomes metacéntricos and submetacéntricos.

En el presente trabajo se llevó a cabo el análisis de cromosomas mitóticos en 5 especies del género vicia (Vicia sativa; V. dasycarpa; V. benghalensis; V. villosa y V. disperma) y tres cultivares (V. sativa cultivares Aneto, Hifa y Alba). El estudio cromosómico permitió separar a las especies analizadas, en dos subgéneros (Vicia y Cracca), los taxa que pertenecen al subgénero Vicia (Vicia sativa y sus cultivares), tienen un numero cromosómico de 2n=12, además presentan un cariotipo asimétrico, con cromosomas metacéntricos, subtelocéntricos, acrocéntricos y telocéntricos, mientras que las especies del subgénero Cracca presenta un número cromosómico de 2n=14 con cariotipos más simétricos, ya que presentan únicamente cromosomas metacéntricos y submetacéntricos.
