Zusammenfassung: In this work, the effect of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF), bacteriophages and their combination against Xanthomona campestris pv. vesicatoria (Xcv) in pepper plants. Under controlled conditions, a pathogenicity test was carried out to determine the best technique to inoculate the pathogen in the plant, then an ordinary qualitative pathogenicity test was carried out on the disease damage, under different environmental conditions. The potential for growth and bioprotection against mycorrhizal fungi diseases in pepper plants is evaluated and, finally, an assay is provided where the interaction between AMF, Xcv and bacteriophages in pepper plants is evaluated. The results of the first trial indicate that the dose of 1x106 UFC mL-1 caused the symptoms of the disease and that the bacterial solution prepared in the phase of bacterial growth stationary in the medium, and applied by spraying to the ray and back, was the more efficient to promote Xcv infection. According to the synthetic variation of the bacterial spot, in the plants of the different environmental conditions, two damage scales were generated. The first with six levels and the other with four levels of severity. Likewise, it has been found that the pepper plants inoculated with the native mycorrhizal inoculum CAM, had a 41% colonization of mycorrhizae and a larger plant size and several reproductive organs with respect to the plants without AMF. The mycorrhization with Rhizofagus intraradices the number of leaves, and decreases the defoliation caused by the bacterial spot. The combination of the RI + bacteriophage decreased the defoliation of the infected plants, and the mycorrhizal plants with CAM had an effect in reducing the diseased area leaf in relation to the untreated plants.
