Topología de permutación en el mapping class group de una superficie

Abstract

The present work aims to define a topology in the modular group of an orientable surface that coincides with the topology inherited from the compact-open topology. This topology is determined by the action of the modular group in the surface graph and is known as a permutation topology.

El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo definir una topología en el grupo modular de una superficie orientable que coincida con la topología heredada de la topología compacto-abierta. Esta topología está determinada por la acción del grupo modular en el grafo de curvas de la superficie y se conoce como topología de permutación.
