Abstract: Assisted reproduction is the result of advances in medical science problems caused by infertility that occurs in spouses and cohabitants who want to start a family and are prevented from conceiving a product of his love child. This science, through his research, he has developed methods and techniques of assisted reproduction, which have paid off after that many couples manage to get their arms a new being, who must be protected at all rights of identity and belonging to a family. The practice of the methods and techniques of assisted reproduction requires the Assisted Reproduction Act, which regulates the scope and legal effects they produce on people involved in assisted reproduction, having as main objective the protection of this new being, so they are not violated their fundamental human rights protected by the Constitution of the United Mexican States and international treaties, such as the right to life basically.
originada por los problemas de esterilidad e infertilidad que se presenta en los cónyuges y concubinos que desean formar una familia y se encuentran impedidos para concebir un hijo producto de su amor. Es así como la ciencia, a través de sus investigaciones, ha creado métodos y técnicas de reproducción asistida, los que han dado sus frutos logrando que un gran número de parejas logren tener en sus brazos un nuevo ser, quien debe ser protegido en todos sus derechos de identidad y pertenencia a una familia. La práctica de los métodos y técnicas de reproducción asistida requiere de una Ley General de Reproducción Asistida, que regule los efectos y alcances jurídicos que éstos producen en las personas que intervienen en la reproducción asistida, teniendo como objetivo fundamental la protección de ese nuevo ser, para que no se vean vulnerados sus derechos humanos fundamentales protegidos por la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos y los Tratados Internacionales, como el derecho a la vida fundamentalmente.
