Abstract

The presentation of this thesis has the sense of obtaining title, but at the time I think can provide support for students interested in the study area. Its development is supported by the "FIRST DEGREE COURSE-WORKSHOP" taught in the faculty of civil engineering, taking the main topics of the course: Leadership, Values, Communication and Administration. "Comprehensive Training of Civil Engineer" is a topic of great importance as an engineer is not the only one who lives by calculating the liquid vein in space, is also associated with the natural landscape and that means we have to have a balance and reflect a physical, mental and spiritual well-being ....

La presentación de esta tesis tiene el sentido de obtención de título, pero a su vez creo que puede servir de apoyo para estudiantes interesados en el área de estudio. Su elaboración está apoyada en el “PRIMER CURSO-TALLER DE TITULACIÓN”, impartido en la facultad de ingeniería civil, tomando los temas principales de dicho curso: Liderazgo, Valores, Comunicación y Administración. “Formación Integral del Ingeniero Civil”, es un tema de gran importancia ya que un ingeniero no solo es aquel que se la vive calculando la vena liquida en el espacio, también se relaciona con el paisaje natural y eso quiere decir que tiene que tener un equilibrio y reflejar un bienestar físico, mental y espiritual, ….
