Consultoría a empresas en la ejecución de obra pública federal

Abstract

In this work it is claimed that the Companies qualify and use the Consultancies, in order To increase the efficiency in the processes and procedures that on the subject of accomplishment works and services related to the same ones they carry out with the Dependencies and Federal Entities, in order to develop a suitable and necessary Infrastructure using the materials, labour and team, in the time, quantity, cost and quality foreseen from his planeación. Generating this way, a positive certainty in the labor ambience of the Accomplishment work, the Federative Entities and the same Company including to his personnel. Also it is claimed in this work, that the Companies expire with all the laws and his regulations, as well as with the declarations and payments of taxes, current that concern him, before the different federative and state, entities like it they are: Treasury, Infonavit, Imss, Sar, etc. Avoiding with this expenses and unnecessary fines, in addition to becoming a creditor, tomajor reviews on the part of the same Entities. Nowadays it is more viable for the Organisms, to take a control of the companies, because they link between yes, also in this time, it is difficult for a Company to avoid of his obligations, due to the reforms applied in the last years to the diverse laws, as in case of the labor reform, based on the stamped one of payroll, where the employers bind to send and to deliver the receipts of payment of the wages and services of all his workpeople, delivering the Fiscal Voucher of the payment, Digitalis by means of the use of the Internet, being able the institutions to verify that the payments that the company realizes to his workpeople become attached to the law, since it is that of the payment on vacation, Christmas gift, share-out of utilities and the liquidations or settlements of work.

En este trabajo se pretende que las Empresas se capaciten y empleen las Consultorías, a fin de Incrementar la eficiencia en los procesos y procedimientos que en materia de obras públicas y servicios relacionados con las mismas llevan a cabo con las Dependencias y Entidades Federales, a fin de desarrollar una Infraestructura adecuada y necesaria empleando los materiales, mano de obra y equipo, en el tiempo, cantidad, costo y calidad previstos desde su planeación. Generando así, una certidumbre positiva en el ámbito laboral de la Obra pública, a las Entidades Federativas y a la misma Empresa incluyendo a su personal. También se pretende en este trabajo, que las Empresas cumplan con todas las leyes y sus reglamentos, así como con las declaraciones y pagos de impuestos, vigentes que le conciernen, ante las distintas entidades federativas y estatales, como lo son: Hacienda, Infonavit, Imss, Sar, etc. Evitando con esto gastos y multas innecesarias, además de hacerse acreedor, a mayores revisiones por parte de las mismas Entidades. Hoy en día es más viable para los Organismos, llevar un control de las empresas, debido a que se vinculan entre sí, además en este tiempo, es difícil para una Empresa eludir de sus obligaciones, debido a las reformas aplicadas en los últimos años a las diversas leyes, como en el caso de la reforma laboral, basada en el timbrado de nómina, en donde los empleadores se obligan a expedir y a entregar los recibos de pago de los salarios y prestaciones de todos sus trabajadores, entregando el Comprobante Fiscal del pago, Digital mediante el uso del Internet, pudiendo las instituciones verificar que los pagos que realice la empresa a sus trabajadores se apeguen a la ley, como es el del pago de vacaciones, aguinaldo, reparto de utilidades y las liquidaciones o finiquitos de obra.
