Estudio técnico del camino: El Ecolesio - Ecuandureo, municipio de Ecuandureo Michoacán

Abstract

This paper which I would submit for the title of Civil Engineer is a technical study to assess the way the Colesio to stretch Ecuandureo 0 + 000 to 4 + 000, in the municipality of Ecuandureo in the state of Michoacán. This evaluating current conditions presented by the ISA, which is to assess the degree of comfort and security that the user perceives to walking on a road, INVEDET (assessment or inventory of existing damage) (Current Index Service) and with which defects having the pavement and decreases the comfort to the user or the service life of the structure was evaluated, qualified each damage and possible cause. In addition to conducting a survey of existing drainage works as well as the horizontal and vertical signs. Surveys along the entire road segment under consideration in order to determine the pavement structure were made , taking into account the stratigraphy and thickness of each layer until the natural ground , the degree of compaction has been verified in each and found the material to determine its quality with respect to the relevant regulations are sampling. Following field work and laboratory above was analyzed by the method of engineering institute of the UNAM. The DISPAV -5 is a kind interactive program to analyze both highways of high specifications as normal roads , for our road section is considered normal , so it was analyzed for the foreseeable strain and fatigue life . On our way study did not meet strain so a proposal seeking to meet the target and provide pavement structure that provides the expected fatigue life and strain, this structure appears to be feasible in terms of operation was performed and economy, besides presenting the characteristics of the materials from nearby banks and construction procedures to provide optimal safety and user comfort.

El presente trabajo que me permito presentar para obtener el Título de Ingeniero Civil, consiste en un estudio técnico para evaluar el camino de El Colesio a Ecuandureo del tramo 0+000 al 4+000, en el municipio de Ecuandureo en el estado de Michoacán. Esto evaluando las condiciones actuales que presenta por medio del ISA, (Índice de Servicio Actual) el cual consiste en evaluar el grado de confort y seguridad que el usuario percibe al transitar por un camino, el INVEDET (evaluación o inventario de deterioros existentes) y con el cual se evaluó los defectos que presenta el pavimento y que disminuye la comodidad al usuario o de la vida de servicio de la estructura, se clasifico cada uno de los deterioros y su posible causa. Además de realizar un levantamiento de las obras de drenaje existente así como el de los señalamientos horizontal y vertical. Se realizaron sondeos a lo largo de todo el tramo carretero en estudio con la finalidad de determinar la estructura del pavimento, tomando en cuenta la estratigrafía y espesor de cada capa hasta llegar al terreno natural, se verifico el grado de compactación en cada una de ellas y se muestreo el material encontrado para determinar su calidad con respecto a la normativa correspondiente. Posteriormente a los trabajos de campo y laboratorio antes mencionado, se analizó por el método del instituto de ingeniería de la UNAM. El DISPAV-5 es un programa de tipo interactivo que permite analizar tanto carreteras de altas especificaciones como carreteras normales, para nuestro tramo carretero se considera normal, así que se analizó para determinar la vida previsible por deformación y fatiga.
